One brief, one delivery.
Abu Dhabi has strong local supply but a thinner specialty range than Dubai, so we split briefs: fresh, dairy and staples locally, specialty and allocation items road-freighted from Dubai on a two-hour run. The chef sees one order and one delivery.

How early should we brief for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix?
Three to four weeks. Berths, marina access slots and supplier capacity all tighten at the same time, and delivery windows are controlled by the event.
Is Abu Dhabi more expensive than Dubai?
Specialty imports usually run slightly higher because they come via Dubai. Fresh produce, fish and staples are comparable.
Can you deliver during a race weekend lockdown?
Yes, on scheduled marina slots. We pre-stage in cold storage so the load is ready when the window opens.
